First release.

• Current system date and time is not available (I'm still searching)
• Day of week and saving time flag is constant.
• Days and months names are only in English and in short form.
• %% string is not changed to % sign is not left like in original implementation.
• ! is ignored in os.date(). Original took game time into formatting.
