ChatSync

• Fix: the original message was shown in other tabs then general chat, this is now fixed.
• Fix: SpammFilter is now redused from infite to 3 seconds (SpamFilter is a smart filter that sort out unnecessary spam... messages from same sorce and with same text within the 3 seconds)

• Add: the addon now correctly show the messages in right tabs. Ex if you have a chat tab with whisper only then the addon will insert all whispers from your alt to that tab and to all tabs that whisper is shown

Something with PB info timestamp and Chatsync doesnt work together and randomly turn off the chat compleatly.
