Changes:

• Set skills are filtered by class (general skills first, then class-specific skills; no longer skills from other classes).
• "Hide not available" and "Hide not skillable" now correctly update the set skill list (previously, all set skills were simply hidden and not shown again).
• Some optical changes (f.e. thousands separator for long numbers)
• Unrelated skills removed (there were some weird skills marked as lvl 0 elite)
• New gender related options for item filters
