Auto Runes Transmutation

This addon transmute automaticly the runes you selected on the window frame using the runes you have in your inventory.

There's 2 dropdown lists, one with all the runes and you can select between classic transmutation runes or alternative transmutation runes and another with the tier you want to transmute from I to X.
