AutoRuneExchange (ARE) is an addon for Runes of Magic that automates rune trading. It simplifies the process by minimizing repetitive actions and improving workflow clarity.
Requirements
- This addon only works with the NPC Eve Ballusha ("Black Codex") in Kampel Town, located on the level 65 map Land of Malevolence.
- Should work with every Version of the Game. Land of Malevolence / NPC Eve Ballusha must be available!
Installation
1. Download the addon and extract the files into the Interface/AddOns folder in your Runes of Magic directory.
Features and Instructions
Quick Exchange
1. Speak with Eve Ballusha to open the exchange window.
2. Open the ARE UI by clicking "Show ARE" in the exchange window.
3. Use the "x1" or "x2" buttons to quickly exchange runes.
- x1 exchanges 3 items.
- x2 exchanges 6 items.
Convenient Exchange with Target Rune Selection
1. Select your target rune from the dropdown menu.
2. The addon automatically checks your inventory and considers already owned runes.
3. ARE exchanges all required base runes to craft the selected target rune.
Safety Mode
- The safety mode prevents accidental exchanges.
- Toggle it using the "Safety" button.
Tips
- Check your inventory slots before using the addon to avoid errors.
- Use the "Refresh Items" button if items are not displayed correctly.

Schneller Tausch
1. Sprich mit Eve Ballusha, um das Tauschfenster zu oeffnen.
2. Oeffne das ARE-UI ueber den Button "Show ARE" im Tauschfenster.
3. Nutze die "x1"- oder "x2"-Buttons, um Runen schnell zu tauschen.
- x1 tauscht 3 Items.
- x2 tauscht 6 Items.
Komfortabler Tausch mit Zielrunen-Auswahl
1. Waehle im Dropdown-Menue die Zielrune aus, die du erreichen moechtest.
2. Das Addon prueft automatisch dein Inventar und beruecksichtigt bereits vorhandene Runen.
3. ARE tauscht alle benoetigten Basis-Runen automatisch aus, um die gewaehlte Zielrune herzustellen.
Sicherheitsmodus
- Der Sicherheitsmodus verhindert versehentliche Tauschvorgaenge.
- Aktiviere/Deaktiviere ihn ueber den "Safety"-Button.
Tipps
- Kontrolliere deine Inventarslots vor der Nutzung, um Fehler zu vermeiden.
- Nutze die "Refresh Items"-Schaltflaeche, falls Items nicht korrekt angezeigt werden.
