Adds HP Information to the TargetFrame

Description

Features:

Replaces original percentage view by absolute values if possible. (order %: currenthp / maxHP)
Absolute values are shortened to a maximum of 6digits by default to fit in the HP-bar => 1.234.567 = 1,234kk
