What's new
added law points. deleting laws will grant law points equal to 50% of the law effect amount (so you can't keep regenerating laws). removing law effects cost 1 point and adding new (random) law effects cost 2 points. generating a new law costs law effect amount (only up to 5 so you need to spend more points for more complicated laws). added back textboxes to some settings. fixed settings bug that broke the ui when expanding a collapsed category.
