Faction and Money Windows are moveable now, have section headers, sort their content, and scroll if they contain too much info.

New command "/ti delete <Toon name>" allows to remove information about a toon that you've deleted or transferred to a different shard.

Removed the (unused) LibSimpleWidgets library to save space.
