ToonInfo

Reworked the currency window. If a toon has none of a certain currency type, the API won't retrieve info about that currency; introduced a workaround for this. This should fix SuzieKews bug.

Added a tooltip that shows when you mouseover an item or itemtype. WARNING: the extra tooltip shows next to the tooninfo window, not next to the original tooltip. I did it this way for 2 reasons:

• there is no standard yet to prevent clashes between addons that add to the tooltip
• sometimes my "extra tooltip window" shows behind the item window, and the API won't let me push my tooltip to the front

Added a factions window, that shows all known factions and the notoriety your toons have with each of them. Unfortunately, the API won't tell me about the maximum notoriety per faction, so maxed out notorieties will show as 0 on the "next" one.
