Scott Sibley:
    - StarTip - In StarTip::ShowInfo() add a little ">>" next to the chosen profile. Also, fix the the recycling bug by dropping the whole concept of recycling these frames. We're still going to keep their references since the frames never die.
    - Clean up whitespace :retab
    - Clean up a bit and create StarTip.ShowInfo() It'll display command options and current and available profiles.
