
Rift Meter

Rift Meter is a combat tracker inspired by Recount and Skada Damage Meter.
How to use
- Set sort mode by right clicking the header bar
- Navigate through the modes by clicking the rows (left, right and middle clicks)
- Scroll if the items exceed the shown rows
Features
- Navigate through all past encounters
- Death log. Set sort mode to Deaths and click on a player.
- Ability breakdown
- Detailed ability information
- Breakdown per unit. Middle click
- Detailed ability breakdown per unit
- Include absorbs as damage
- Highly customizable
- Merging pets will affect previous combats as well as including absorbs as damage
- Switch between enemies and friendly units

- /rm - Show commands

I have modified the RiftMeter.lua file so it works in Tartaric Depths and other raids without Rift Meter resets during the battle.
If you in a raid, Rift Meter waits longer before it resets (reset after 20 seconds without combat). In this way, even battles with longer intermissions are fully recognized. In normal groups and solo game, the original settings (reset after 6 sconds without combat) are still active.

Coming back to Rift after a long break, reinstalled RIFT and addons. Getting this error from Rift Meter:

I will be trying to integrate absorbs into healing as well as show ability details when you click a name in overall view. Previous XP scripting from recount in wow so I'll find out what I'm up against. I'll keep you guys posted if I make progress.
is there an issue with the data. the reports seem to be running correct, but the meter is showing me at over 1 mil dps when im doing about 60k.
It's because it shows total first, per second last in parenthesis.
Go to settings, uncheck Abbreviate numbers and Show absolute, and you'll only see per second.
I love this addon only thing I would like to see is some sort of metric to track my physician shields better. I would like to see this some how tied into healing done (not sure if that's possible) but it would certainly help me understand my performance better.

I need absorbed damage included in damage taken stats so I can see how much damage is done to the tank on a non-shielded basis. An option to specifically handle healer shields would be even better.
where does riftmeter get its data from? combatlog?
I was wondering if it would be possable to create another sort table feature to combine absorbs as heals.
currently how the absorbs taken work is it counts absorbs as by the player who had the shield absorb off them. would it be possable to make a new hps/absorb bar whereas successful absorbs/shields would count twards HPS? I think this would be a very helpful feature.
rift meter may show puri shields as heals but it does not show physician shields as heals.
is anyone fixing the death log errors =( please

does an overall datas exists ? I can't find it. I see we can navigate with mousse 5 and 6, but my mousse doesn't have those buttons ^^.
No, this is an ascend a friend code for 7 days of game time and permanent friendship with aserejejadej. Fortunately, it gives you a warning about that before you redeem it.
Looks like this addon is very resource hungry. Dont know its cpu or hdd interaction but as defiler with 4 links enabled my gameplay becomes unplayable, choppines and lag is huge , fps dives from stable 40 to 3-5 with huuge lag, it occurs only under specific circumstances like receiving/dealing big amount hits per second ( like defiler do ). Same occurs for me playing as melee AOE warrior in CQ, Huge number of hits per second makes this addon unusable.
You're wrong. This addon hasn't any performance issues.
Maybe its just me and somethings up with mine. Previous versions I had no problems with, but as of recently Rift Meters configuration icons on the title bar dont show up like it does in the pics above. When I am in game the title bar is there, but it is invisible, I can see words and navigate Damage Done, Healing Done Etc and see the name of the page but the bar and icons are gone. Also when I open the configuration pane on one of the tabs there are checkboxes, I am presuming those were the icons, all are checked, and another problem showed up, the boxes and the name associated to that box were all mashed up almost one on top of another
I'd like to second the puri request here as well. Please allow shields to be shown as Heals and this meter would be outstanding and accurate in showing heals.
Hey there, I have no middle mouse button, could you implement another way to switch back to single fights display? I'm stuck on showing all fights as one :)

Rift meter is great, and we use it a lot in our raid guild.
I run as a purifier Cleric, and most of our healing is done by shields and absorbs. I'm missing an option to track how much my shields absorbs (if it can be done), or is there an option to show how much damage the players have absorbed?
