--refactor: old system did not handle notes, new system does.
---old saved lists being imported will require 'confirmation' (first attempt will result in conversion then abort), and will have no notes.
---imports will lock out any other friend list modifying actions via the addon until completion due to required handling methods for notes.
--chat prefix changed to prfr, due to collision with statweights and others.
--added message prints to commands for some feedback when commands are executed.
--printfriendlist and listlists commands, to print a friend list or list saved lists
