nothing too big:
removed possibility of that annoying to pinpoint update error spam by pushing it to use pcall which gets pushed to the addon's built in handler (once per session). also put more conditions to try to prevent it occuring to begin with. again.
addon error handler now supports 'only do this once'. also, added error timeout so it's less spammy
streamlined some condition checks in the bag size detection and bag overlay load/unload
