Extract the ZIP folder
Drop the entire extracted folder in: C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\LocalLow\Paralives\Paralives

Note: 
The AppData folder might be set to hidden so you will have to change your options first:
View -> Show -> Hidden Items
