There were all these paper bags lying around, so someone on the town council had the "brilliant" idea to propose a bylaw requiring all citizens to wear one on their head. What do you mean there was a better way to deal with them?

We can't let Sims have all the fun (or whatever this is). Hide the faces of all Parafolk behind paper bags, so at least they'll never have to worry about making eye contact, facial recognition surveillance, or bad hair days. Look at them, they don't seem to mind, although it's kind of hard to tell.
Inspired by the "We Wear Bags" Neighbourhood Action Plan from the Sims 4.

Notes
IF YOU EVER WANT TO DISABLE THIS MOD, PLEASE NOTE THAT NPC PARAS MAY GET STUCK WEARING PAPER BAGS. SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS
Currently this mod has some limitations, because it's just setting all Paras to auto-equip a paper bag over their head. This means they will still have the bag equipped in all situations, including the Paramaker. Also if you disable the mod, any Paras who loaded in and auto-equipped a paper bag will keep it on. They can technically be removed using the Parafolk Profile but that seems to be the only way.
If you want to play around with this mod to see the effects but don't want permanent effects on NPC Paras, make sure to save before enabling it! There may be also be some clipping during some animations or with certain face shapes, hairstyles, or accessories. I may be able to improve it as I get more experience with making mods for this game. Doesn't require the separate Paper Bag Head mod, since I added the mesh and texture for it to this mod.
