Removes the mosaic filter the game uses to hide the butchering.

There may be things that use this filter that I don't know about.
Install Instructions
1. Make a folder named "~mods" in "<PalworldInstall>\Pal\Content\Paks".
2. Place "DisableButcherBlur_P.pak" into the "~mods" folder. If you are on gamepass you will need to copy three files named "DisableButcherBlur_P" into your "~mods" folder.
