jetdragon ignis (recolour)

This mod replaces base jetrdagon with a pink /ignis version this mod is only visual and doesn't make

changes to the jetrdagons skills
recolours jetdragon 
drop the pak file in Pal\Content\Paks\~mods
if the ~mods folder isn't already present 
create the ~mods folder
