- Multi-provider AI fallback (Groq, Cerebras, Mistral, OpenRouter, optional local model)

- Full moderation system: warnings with auto-kick escalation, kick, ban - admin-verified by Steam ID
- Admin protection - admins can't be kicked, banned, or warned through the bot
