Since the purpose of this mod is for end users to change the numbers, modification to the numbers are not counted as a change to the mod's function, and you cannot upload this to Nexus or CurseForge if the only change is alternative numbers.
Changing the order that items are listed in makes no functional difference, therefore you cannot upload this to Nexus or CurseForge if the only change is a reordering of its contents.
Changing the internal comments makes no functional difference, therefore you cannot upload this to Nexus or CurseForge if the only change is to the internal comments.
If the only changes are a combination of the above  (changing numbers, reordering, changing internal comments) Then you cannot upload this to Nexus or CurseForge.
