Mod icons on Curse Forge use Pal Schema Logo, which was obtained from Okaetsu's Pal Schema mod page. To use these icons you must give credit to Okaetsu for the Pal Schema Logo.

This cannot be re-uploaded to Nexus or CurseForge unless there has been modification to the mod's function. An example would be to update this mod to work with new containers.
Since the purpose of this mod is for end users to change the numbers, modification to the numbers are not counted as a change to the mod's function, and you cannot upload this to Nexus or CurseForge if the only change is alternative numbers.
Changing the order that items are listed in makes no functional difference, therefore you cannot upload this to Nexus or CurseForge if the only change is a reordering of its contents.
If the only changes are a combination of the above (changing numbers, and reordering) Then you cannot upload this to Nexus or CurseForge.
