No Pal Deposit

This mod prevents Pal's from depositing into specific chests that the player can pick. Chests are still usable to the player and can be accessed from crafting machines like assembly lines and workbenches.
What's new
Changed how blocked.txt is stored on servers to auto detect the save game location and write there instead. Just like Level Lock does.
