Automatically Skip Patch Notes

Skips the patch notes automatically when you launch the game instead of having to do it manually.

I'm unsure if I missed an option somewhere to tick a "Do not show again" and I didn't really see a mod for it here either so I decided to put this up. For non modders it's probably not a big issue, but when making mods you sometimes end up restarting the game multiple times.

Requirements
UE4SS (3.0.0, older versions are not supported!)

Installation
- Download UE4SS
- Extract into Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64
- Download the mod
- Extract into Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64\Mods

Let me know if there's any problems.
