This adds in strider racing

-Access the race by the water elevator!
-Track is not final right now, but the track will progress in future updates!
Changes:
WARNING: The green energy ball is almost gone, and has released so much energy, that now there is 85% chance of the island exploding. Be cautious!
Skeleton Boss pressure plate will now disappear on press, so now there will only be one Skeleton Boss in the world.
