I should finally have fixed any mistakes from the last 3 files I've uploaded.

 

Changed Nether star count drop from Wither skeletons in Final Boss battle from 13 to 16 so that the redstone comparator will give a signal strength of 2.

 

If you've had to deal with any of these problems, please blame my sheer stupidity.
