Added:
- Recipe to give a use to hanging roots
- Improved Mycelium Spawner

Fixes:
- Obsidian spawner correctly only dropping obsidian when killed by diamond tools
- Sand Zombies dropping brushes too often
- Squid spawner simply not spawning due to not being in the correct biome
- Vault spawners in the Frost tower not actually resetting.
- Shop not saying it uses "wisdom tokens" (forgot to update the name)
- Nerfed the slime boss minion count
- The Slime boss should no longer be able to die on a spike, thus preventing the player from getting a slime core
- Removed the glow stone that wasn't supposed to be there
