welcome to this little house in the plains you are "renting" the owner dissapeared and it had nothing to do with you! but now you have this nice house!

it has a pet house out front (with customizable carpet)

 a workshop where all your crafting smelting dyeing and creationing will happen!

theres a storage room where you can keep all your less valuable valuables! 

theres a nice garden outfront with a pond thats great for fishing! theres a giant oak tree in the pond as well!

the waterfall is quite lovely! and it can be used as a pool! 

theres a desert and desert temple really close to the house!

the owner left you all the stuff in the house and left you a little gift in the main house! i'd reccomend reading his note before ransacking the place though. anyways enjoy your survival world here or chill out! the choice is yours!
