The lobby update.

There's some visual changes and fixes.

• Some small visual fixes on map.

Lobby changes:

• Due camera update, lobby wasn't work properly anymore, so I added in empty rooms teleports to starter position when everyone is ready. (previously idea of underground lobby was built around fixed camera on y=64)

• Visual updates for lobby, biomes & added more decorations.
• Now lobbies for different game mods looks different not only by placed signs.

Flooded game mode changes:

• All regions biome was changed to warm ocean.
• Underwater decorations should look now more lively.
• Some small visual changes.
