Pumpkin Party

- added a whole bunch of barriers to both Trick or Treat and the Brewing Game to prevent people from leaving the area.
- changed the tunnel generation method so the game has more time to load the chunks first. no broken tunnels so far.
- changed how the gravel falls. it's now impossible to get stuck.

- fixed the RP, so the stone_hoe doesn't throw an error in the log
- changed the tunnel-generator message to explain a little better why you are floating in a black nothingness while everyone else is in a little stone room.
