FIXED MAJOR ISSUE: YOU CAN'T EVEN LOAD THE WORLD

Upgraded the Arena Repair and Chest Repair systems. Chest repair is now tied to the active arena to enable more theming. 

Vanilla world, many lingering moddded files from working on this in the modpack were removed to prevent registry errors. Lucky blocks still loaded in the data of the chest structure in generated. Meaning from now on, lucky blocks are not pre-filled but come only when you're playing the modpack, and flick the "chest repair" lever. 

*Note that I had some progress baking on a new lobby, and some new minigames, but I accidentally deleted the save file.
