All the rooms and hallways of the house have been recreated. In addition to the house itself, a van where players spawn at the start of the expedition with their equipment has also been recreated. A street beyond the fence has also been built, which players cannot access either in the original game or on this recreated map.

The most detailed areas are the basement and the kitchen. The former features the legendary table, while the latter contains the largest number of small decorative objects.

Upon spawning, you will be given the Hunger effect, placed in Adventure Mode, reduced to 1 HP, and prevented from jumping—all to create a fully immersive experience while exploring the map. Barriers have also been placed throughout the map to prevent players from accessing areas that are inaccessible in the original game.

The house contains a bone (not to be confused with the toy next to the dog's bed), and one hiding spot has been blocked. There are no cursed possessions, but if you've played Phasmophobia long enough to remember where they spawn, you'll definitely recognize their locations.

Были воссозданы все комнаты и коридоры дома. Помимо самого здания был сделан фургон, в котором появляются игроки при начале экспедиции с оборудованием. Также была построена улица за забором, за который не могут зайти игроки как в игре, так и на построенной карте.

Самыми детализированными локациями являются подвал и кухня, так как в первом расположен легендарный стол, а во втором больше всего мелких предметов.

При появлении в мире, на вас наложится эффект голода, режим приключения, 1 ХП и заблокируется доступ к прыжкам, дабы сделать полный эффект погружения в изучение карты. На карте поставлены барьеры, чтобы нельзя было попасть туда, куда бы нельзя было в оригинальной игре.

В доме присутствует кость (не путать с игрушкой рядом со спальным местом собаки), а также заблокировано одно укрытие. Проклятые предметы отсутствуют, но если вы играли достаточное количество времени, чтобы запомнить места их спавна в Фазмофобии, вы определенно их узнаете.
