One Chunk Taiga
Skyblock like experience but you're limited to one chunk only
This map isn't really meant to be played without mods such as create and ex-nihillo but you can still beat the game without these mods. The chunk has bedrock boundaries except for the top layers - so you can technicality build outside your home chunk too. The bottom layer has a lit end portal so you don't need to grind. there is no ores except directly below the waterfall on the top layer. All of the chunk is stone.
