Multi-Biome Survival Island

• added custom ruins to the big lush cave (loot + spawners)
• added vanilla structures like stronghold, mineshafts and trial chambers
• added an igloo to the snow biome
• added ruins to the desert biome

Fix: replaced dirt in the underground of the desert biome to sandstone
