-Replaced Cartographer chat popups with simpler in-tooltip descriptions.

 

-Removed a few unnecessary Cartographer enchants (Hunter, Duelist, Point Blank, Sharpshot, Auto Charge, Frost) so newer CTM players aren't overwhelmed with mechanics.

 

-All items with unique mechanics are now Legendary-tier. Inversely, every Legendary-tier item has a unique mechanic.

 

-Rebalanced all of the loot, addressing player feedback.
