This build was made to showcase the latest version of Modern Mizuno's pale garden overhaul.
The house is 2 stories with a small patio and 3 covered animal pens, which could also be used as a gardening area.
The schematic is survival-friendly, with semi-finished interiors.
This world download is in an optimized superflat world with gamerules set for Creative building, and an interactive guidebook. 
This was built with Modern Mizuno's and Mizuno's 16x in mind. Use without these resource packs is not recommended, but won't break anything.
