The only special infected you will encounter are Boomers. Boomers are now 60% faster than they normally were; they will also instantly self-destruct if they are very close to the players. Common infected will also sprint slightly faster than before when they smell a player that is covered in puke. Tanks and Witches will still spawn as they normally would.

(The game may crash when playing this mutation. This is because of there are multiple command blocks affecting many entities' behaviors at once. There is simply no way around this so if you experience too many crashes, maybe consider playing other mutations than this one.)
