GR Power Co: PWR Nuclear Plant & Desert Grid

For the power generation side, we already have a full nuclear power plant, a CCGT plant, and another facility with combustion engines. On top of that, I built the first two coal-fired units heavily inspired by the real-life SES Kardias power station in Greece to add even more stability to our grid.

Alongside the power expandion, I started working on uranium processing. I processed the uranium I found so far to start setting up a proper refining pipeline, which is going to be essential as we transition into higher-tech machinery and nuclear power expansion down the line.

Overall, the layout and industrial infrastructure have grown a lot with this update. I am slowly adding more depth and details to the structures, and I am also laying the groundwork for a potential server release in v2.0 if enough people end up being interested.
