- Fixed player data: survival instead of creative, keep inventory off, etc.
- Loaded without LOTR Tweaks to remove semi-requirement; still always recommended (it's just good).

- Minor improvements in central Osgiliath; removed many server RP/player references
- Made improvements to Meduseld; removed spawners from Edoras
- Added a door to Orthanc and made minor changes to the interior
- Set world spawn to Waymeet, or -320 72 448
