5.1.1 reverts an accidental change in the release causing the red team to always be registered in 5.1.

The updated version for 1.20.4 simply marks the resource pack and data pack as compatible so the game will not display them as incompatible. Furthermore, translations from crowdin have been updated and especially Chinese is at 100% now. There are no other changes compared to the 1.20.2 version and there is no need to download this release if you already got the previous one.
