- Added NPCs to the first town.
- Added NPCs to Lumiose City.
- Added a secret area in Route 12 where you can obtain Cresselia and Eternal Floette.
- Added Cresselia.
- Added Eternal Floette.
- Added Magearna. She's found inside a house found in Route 12's town.
- Added Meloetta. She's found in a corner of Lumiose City, near the entrance/exit of Route 13.
- Added Cosmog to Ultra Space.
- Added Horsea to Shalour City's water.
- Added Runerigus to a secret house found in Shalour City's beach area.
- Moved Remoraid to Shalour City's water.
- Added one new room to Ultra Space where Cosmog can be found at.
- Added N-Lunarizer and N-Solarizer items to the Ultra Space.
- Opened up a door of Route 12's town.
- Added more Master Balls to the powerplants area.
- Opened up one more door at Route 13.
- Added two Master Balls to the new Route 13 powerplant.
- Opened up the Champion door as the indicator wasn't clear enough.
- Added Punching Glove item to Forestpoint.

- Forced Ralts and Natu to have specific movesets just to prevent them from using Teleport. This way they don't randomly teleport out of bounds.
