Escape The Backrooms | Endings and Secret Levels is a map themed after the original Escape The Backrooms game, featuring 5 unique alternate endings and 4-5 new levels from the 1.0 release released on October 23, 2025. This map and modification features new levels, as well as other levels from the original game. The same entities are present, including the Howler, the Animation King, Kitty, and the Madman, who resides on level 6.

This game features the following endings:

1. First Ending: The Wrong Door

2. Second Ending: Suburb

3. Third Ending: Kitty's House

4. Fourth Ending: Empty City

5. Fifth and Main Ending: Final Escape

All of these endings have one thing in common: wherever you go and find it, you'll likely find your way out of reality.
Don't forget about the levels and "Secret Levels"; they also play a key role in this map, and there are 14 levels in total:
