Escape From Minecraft

The initial public release is v0.9.0, a beta version. It needs more testing to find any more bugs and to get some input on difficulty balancing.

Caveats

- Levels 3-4 - There is a clock which keeps on ticking when it would be better if silenced.
- Level 6, Jungle Temple rail cart - The cart only makes the jump 95-99% of the time. Getting out of the cart at the wrong place can glitch you out to the back of the puzzle/course (where all the redstone circuitry is).
