In this minecraft world you can choose very easy your size:

-normal size(default)

-5 blocks
-10 blocks
I recomend to play this map in multiplayer, on a server.
There is no restricted gameplay (You can change something), for example: Manhunt, but we all are tiny or dwarfs village vs giants village.
