Step into the world of Westeros with this meticulously crafted Minecraft recreation of Dragonstone, the ancestral seat of House Targaryen. This build, originally created in 2013 as part of the WesterosCraft project, brings to life the book version of the imposing fortress on its volcanic island, known as the Dragonmont.

How To Play

This map was made using mods, so in order to view it properly, you must take additional steps to view the map properly.  The easiest way is to install the WesterosCraft Modpack, however you can follow these steps as well:

1. Install Minecraft Java Edition if you haven't already.
2. Install Forge for Minecraft version 1.18.2.
3. Launch the Minecraft Launcher and create a new Forge 1.18.2 profile.
4. Download the required mods:
   • WesterosBlocks
   • ConnectedTexturesMod
   • WesterosCTM
5. Place the downloaded mod files into your Minecraft mods folder.
6. Download the Dragonstone map file.
7. Place the map file in your Minecraft saves folder.
8. Launch Minecraft using the Forge 1.18.2 profile.
9. In Minecraft, go to "Single Player" and select the Dragonstone map.
10. Click "Play Selected World" to start exploring Dragonstone.
