Defend the King

NOTE:

If you play on a lower version than 1.10.2 the first thing you should do is go to the debug zone and test shortly if everything is working correctly.

(with the help of the debug-zone you should be able to play this in 1.11 (snapshots) too, but i havent tested that yet)

Some little mapchanges

-Added custom death messages

-Added NametagVisibility option

-The win message will now be visible for everyone -,-

-You can now fix/set/reset the starbutton in the debug-zone if it shouldn't be there because of a not ended match or a bug :)

-The scoreboard and teams add button does now correct the gamerules too
