Cobblemon Kanto - Pokemon's FireRed and LeafGreen recreated

-Tweaked datapack order for Neoforge compatibility.
-Tweaked Money to show you your total after every battle.
-Tweaked Shops to display only your money near hotbar instead of sidebar w/ other players.
-Added a cosmetic item check before equipping bikes to prevent item loss.
-Fixed Koffing not spawning in the Pokemon Mansion.
-Added native support for the Cobblemon Home sidemod.
    -Machine on One Island should become accessible after both gems are returned.
-Added free Traveler’s Backpack if the player has mod upon spawning in.
-Tweaked flyer settings to not stay in air indefinitely if mounted, soft-locking player.
-Hotfix, fixed Bulbasaur not being selectable.
