Cobblemon Johto - Pokemon's Johto & Kanto recreated

(Compatible with 1.3 saves, just update the datapack to get these new features!)
-Added TMs from ground loots, NPC dialogues & Gym Leader battles.
-Added Wild Held Items, at gen 4 percentages, for ~100 species, ~50 items.
-Added TM shops in Goldenrod Department, Game Corner, Celadon and Battle Tower. 
-Added TM shelves in your spawn room for storage if needed.
-Added Randy’s Spearow delivery quest for a TM.
-Added Lucky Number rolls for a daily possible PP Up, XP Share or Master Ball.
-Fixed battle music fading as you moved from where you started the battle.
-Added Moomoo Milk shopkeeper on Route 38, with Miltank habitat block at farms.
-Modified Radio to now fallback to world music if not in the player's hotbar.
-Modified Surf music to only play when mounting a Pokemon in water, updated route themes.
-Reorganized MusicTitles and TownMap functions to be more readable and optimized.
     -Music of adjacent routes with same song should no longer start over moving between.
-Fixed most Pokemon Centers missing interior music.
-Fixed Rockets not having their own battle tune.
-Fixed some misc inaccuracies with music, coordinates, and the like, spotted by singularity.
