Replace the fluid trashcan with a universal bin on the output of the steam turbine! It's located on the moon.
If you don't, eventually the steam back up and the turbine will explode a little bit. You'll probably also want to chunk-load this area so you have power on the space station
Base has been moved onto a space station, multiple Nuclear Reactors located on the moon, Lazy AE2 setup.
