Add an English version of the map (with the tag "en")

Some bug fix :

- Knight couldn't activate ultimate if another knight have already activate one in a party

- Sometimes if a player played his first party on the map, he wasn't teleport

- Sometimes "smoke bomb" clear didn't work

- Add a system to prevent assassin from teleport on the top of the world with smoke bombs

- Sometimes players didn't get subtitles when they chose a class

- Sometimes if you jumped when respawn you could lose several life
