Bleb Race for the Wool - Speedrun Edition

-Fixed Brandon spawning before conditions were met

-Added Personal Best completion time to the Best Splits scoreboard
-Changed scoreboard text colours to help with readability
-Added speedrun:resetall function, which is just a redirect to the reset:all function
-Added more function tooltips
-Hopefully reduced some lag related to particles
-Readded 'Blaze Powder' text above the chest in King Squishy's room
-The Burned One's in King Squishy's room should now spawn more accurately
-Adjusted Tomb Guardian spawns
-Fixed a minecart duplicating after every reset
-Reduced file size
-Probably more I have forgotten
