Fixes

Fixed a major issue with targets not being able to set the target strengths from the chests!
Fixed wager release, now you only have to stand on the button briefly and all the wagers will be sent to the prize chest

Added a template for a customizable single target for people to check out/copy for their own worlds using a lectern with a book&quill as an apology for the gamemode not working properly :/
